Talent Search is the beginning of Entire OnHire’s branch into permanent recruitment as a system-wide “ searching, filtering, and contacting tool similar to the “Contact Member” screen except much more advanced. Built-in the latest technology it allows users to search their entire database of Applicants and Members together, on almost every field Entire OnHire stores on a profile, including some notes fields. It also includes the ability to “parse” resumes through our Daxtra resume parsing partnership, allowing you to then search on resume keywords.
